What information we collect

PROMOB collects personal data that we consider to be reasonably necessary to provide our services to you, for example, to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve a legitimate business purpose. We request personal information when you place an order, create an account, register a product, request a service, answer a survey, participate in a course, take a training program, participate in our selection processes, participate in digital campaigns on our channels, request a contact from our team, show an interest in some content available on our blog, talk to us on WhatsApp, correspond with us, or engage in other activities on our website. If you request online technical support, you must provide the necessary information so that we can recognize you and complete the transaction. At any time, you will have the option to decide not to proceed with the transaction that requires your personal information.

We may associate your email address and other PERSONAL DATA (such as name, phone number and address) with your account. You can also provide us with your contact information through other interactions with us, whether through the use of our services, filling out a form on our digital channels, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or by responding to one of our surveys.
